About Nemmy

Decades of Preparation
for This Exact Moment

True leadership isn't born overnight — it is forged in classrooms, refined in government offices, and tested by personal adversity. Nemmy Jackson was born on St. Croix to the late Glen "Tata" and Evelyn Williams of Grove Place, raised alongside nine siblings, and has dedicated her life to the people of the Virgin Islands.

A devoted wife to Rafael Jackson Jr., mother to Natalia and Rafael III, and grandmother to Anaiyah, Nemmy understands at the deepest level what is at stake for V.I. families. She began her government career as a teacher in 1984, earned her B.S. from Barber-Scotia (HBCU), and later her Master's in Management & Administration from Nova Southeastern.

The 2026 campaign is built on a verifiable framework of service: Investing in our People, driving systemic Progress, and securing long-term Prosperity.
